Meridian tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a tool that helps to overcome fears and traumas and to release limiting beliefs and conditioning.
Follow Shambala in this series of workshops where you will learn how to release all kinds of fear and emotions like sadness, anger, guilt, frustration and loneliness. The workshops are focused on:
- Making space for a positive outlook on life and a positive self-image.
